I’m a husband to Ashley Johnson (currently a Worship Pastor at Christian Hills Church) and a Dad of 4 (Emerson - 10, Harlowe - 8, Deklan - 6, Cooper - 3).
I’m a pastor and strategic leader with a background that bridges ministry and the marketplace. After earning my degree in Pastoral Leadership from Moody Bible Institute, I spent over a decade leading teams in marketing and product strategy for companies like LinkedIn and 3Q Digital. Those years sharpened my skills in communication, leadership, and stewardship.
At the same time, I’ve served in ministry for more than a decade at Christian Hills Church, where I currently serve as Executive Pastor and Deacon. My heart is to help people know Jesus deeply, equip teams to lead with unity, and build sustainable systems that allow the Church to flourish.
I believe the Church is at its best when it’s both Spirit-led and well-led - when prayer and planning work together. My calling is to serve the local church full-time, helping pastors, staff, and volunteers thrive in both their spiritual lives and practical ministry.
Whether I’m preaching, mentoring, or building organizational systems, my goal is the same: to help people encounter Jesus and live out His mission in everyday life.
